Lee Hyo-gye (SSU president) and Robert Caret (TU president) signed a contract for a cross-registration system and tuition fee reduction. Jo Moon-Soo, the Chief of the Student Office said "We have been carrying out the crossregistration system for graduate students in the IT field since 2005. We will spread the system throughout the every field.” They are scheduled to begin the system after next January. In addition, they are considering reducing the ESL program fee. About 10 SSU students enter Towson Graduate School every year and about 30 students articipate in ESL program every semester. Park Chang-hee, representative of the International Cooperation team said, “SSU and TU have some similarities. For example, we all are proud of our school history of 110 years and we have over 20 thousands students. I believe this contract will help SSU to strengthen international
competitive power.”

Location : Towson is within easy driving distance of major East Coast cities. The campus is located eight miles north of downtown Baltimore, about an hour north of Washington, D.C., and four hours south of New York City. Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI), located about 45 minutes south of Towson, handles air traffic from all major carriers.
