The 1st Korea Game Forum was conducted by Korea Game Society and Soongsil University and hosted by Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Korea Creative Content Agency.
In this forum, korea game forum's identity and direction of operation was discussed and argue about 'game issue of smart generation'. The president of this forum, soongsil univeristy lee jae hong professor, said at the opening address "I'm deeply moved to open a Korea Game Forum. In addition, I hope our game industry to become competitive and representative cultural content. Despite the dispersion of the negative recognition of game and difficulties of global game market, Korea's game society is doing well."
Principal of the Korea Creative Content Agency announced " today's forum would be a significative occasion discussing self image of the game forum, namely calm judgements of our game industry, shape the future and hope our substantial discourses of game industry to jump up."
