The exchange student program is designed to provide opportunities for overseas learning experiences by sending students to foreign universities and institutions where academic exchange agreements have been signed. If you are selected as an exchange student, you will be enrolled in the school, and will be studying in a sister school for one semester or a year. Credits acquired in that school can be recognized as credits in the main school after applying for credit conversion. Each semester, students are regularly dispatched under the terms of exchange between the main school and foreign universities and institutions.

Third, the credits obtained from the other school will be recognized in your main school. Fourth, it helps in selecting your career path, such as employment and overseas studies.
The following are the eligibility requirements for the exchange student program:
- An undergraduate students who have completed more than one semester at this school
- A student whose dispatch-semester does not fall into the last semester of his undergraduate program
- A student with a grade point average of 3.0/4.5 or higher during the school year
- A student who has no reason for disqualification on an oversea trip
- A student who can take classes in the language of the dispatch country
- A student who meet the requirements set by the school and the university that is to be dispatched
The applications are due in February and August. If you apply in February, you will be sent to the fall semester. If you apply in August, you will be sent to the spring semester in the following year. Submission documents include the application form of the exchange student program, self-introduction and academic plans, transcripts, certificates of official foreign language proficiency, and consent form for the provision and utilization of one`s personal information.
Finally, let’s find out how students are selected. In the document screening, those who meet the standards of the main school and the dispatch school are chosen. In the interview screening, one`s self-introduction and academic plans, as well as foreign language and personality interview, are considered. Then, preliminary successful candidates are selected. From the list of preliminary successful candidates, final successful candidates will be selected after the comprehensive review of the sister school.
