SSU Was Selected as the “Second Career Experience Certification Agency for Education Donation in 2022”

     Sparta SW (Software) Education Center is the Ministry of Education. It was finally selected as the “Second Education Donation Career Experience Certification Agency in 2022” implemented by the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The “Education Donation Career Experience Agency Certification System Project” discovers and provides various experience centers for high-quality career experience programs in the local communities, 
and certifies institutions that operate free education donation programs.

     The Sparta SW Education Center is actively contributing to the spread of SW value to innovatively improve the educational system, and create a foundation for SW education. In 2022, a total of 10 schools were provided with about 30 SW career experience programs, and about 1,180 elementary, middle, and high school students benefited from them.
     Meanwhile, SSU is conducting a SW-centered university project to lead Information and Communications Technology (ICT) education in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Various SW education programs, such as “SW Dream Tree Creativity Camp,” “Open Online SW Education” (K-MOOC), and “SW Convergence Education,” are conducted to foster creative SW convergence talents who will lead the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution with strong self-reliance, global leadership mind, and field-oriented, problem-solving ability.
