On December 24, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Soongduk Kim Deok-yoon at Hangyeongjik Memorial Hall, a Christmas worship was held under the auspices of the school’s board and the school’s chief, Kim Hoi-kwon. The worship, which began with the delivery of Kim Dae-kwon, led to the prayer of the school superintendent Kim Dae-kwon, the declaration of the school affairs chief Kim Hoi-kwon, the special encouragement of the male Ensemble Bonarres, and Hwang Jun-seong’s Christmas greetings.
Kim Hoi-kwon, the head of the school affairs office, delivered a sermon by saying, “I hope that the members of SSU will move modestly before God.”
Hwang Jun-seong, the president of SSU, said in his Christmas speech, “ I hope that SSU will become a happy community that will realize our own self and protect God’s mission together.”
The worship was given as a special music and the male ensemble Bonarres performed a total of five songs. The combination of Jung Joon-sik’s baritone voice, a flute, and Jang Byung-hoon’s tenor voice produced beautiful Christmas music.
